All goods are checked in and put away within 48 hours by our team of highly skilled staff. Any discrepancies are logged and are notified to you through Blade.
With modern secure facilities, all products are inventory bar-coded ensuring it can be controlled and monitored through Blade. Giving you concise stock control.
Orders can be controlled by you within Blade if required. Blade also assists by auto prioritising where required. (e.g. Prime orders). Blade works on 99.97% up-time.
Pick, Pack and Dispatch (PPD)
All orders received by 3pm are dispatched the same day. Our dedicated trained staff work on all your sales channels. Blade ensures pick accuracy of +99.9%. You can track your orders via the Blade App 24/7 wherever you are in the world.
You can set shipping rules by Country or let Blade auto select based on your customer’s requirements (tracked / untracked / quickest / cheapest). Blade will leverage our high order volumes to obtain and pass on competitive shipping rates for both domestic and international orders from a specially selected panel of carriers.
We offer three different options to optimise your end user experience to your customers; Fast Returns – white label portal for use by end customers on your site, Self Service – manage yourself using Blade or Easy Returns – return label enclosed at dispatch.

Our Business Development Team will have an initial call with you to talk about your business. The aim is to understand how you currently operate, your existing pain points as well as your objectives and future plans. This provides us with an understanding of your business so we can see where we can add value and help you grow.
Setup on our system
As part of your on-boarding process we put aside time to discuss in depth your packaging and shipping requirements. This will ensure your customers get a first class experience and that your shipping is optimised. We also plan in training for functions such as customer service at this stage if required.
We work very closely with our Clients particularly over the first 2-3 months to ensure everything is working perfectly. Your Dedicated Account Manager will arrange regular account reviews and be on hand at any time to support you. They will always be looking for new opportunities to drive efficiencies, grow your business and keep you up to date with new releases as we continue to develop our software and infrastructure.
