SkyLounge
A definite highlight, our SkyLounge combines the luxury of interior design with a light and social atmosphere.

The SkyLounge offers the ideal place to get into the flow and escape from your normal routines. With quiet booths and open planned seating, let creative ideas and conversation flow. With a range of seating and amenities available, including our barista coffee at the touch of a button, enjoy the relaxed setting as you get your work done.
Sky Deck
With views across busy Bournemouth Airport, the Sky Deck is the perfect spot to hold meetings with clients, enjoy lunch with your team or use as an outdoor working space in the warmer months.
The Sky Deck is also ideal as a corporate event and social space with a mid-century modern aesthetic and professionally designed feel. An extension to the Sky Lounge, the Sky Deck offers additional seating and show stopping sunsets. Enlist the help of our in-house Events team, and you can have everything arranged and organised hassle free.
Gym

Whether you start your day with a workout, or re-focus with a run halfway through, exercise is proven to boost wellbeing.
Sitting still for too long is no good for anyone. Keep your mind and body active and happy by taking some time out in your day in our state-of-the-art gym. Reduce the pressure of an added commute and add a workout onto your Monday morning or a few evenings a week. All members have exclusive access to use the gym and professional equipment on their schedule.

Clear your head, cut down on commuting costs and help the planet with the option of cycling to work, we have two covered bike parks. The onsite changing rooms and showers are ideal to help you get ready for the day.
Our facilities are available to all our members whether you need to freshen up after a quick workout or post sports treatment, we’ve made sure you can always look and feel your best.

At SmartBase, we offer all members onsite access to reliable, high-quality printers.
